NO REFUND POLICY – ZACHARY’S GOURMET POPCORN

At Zachary’s Gourmet Popcorn, we take pride in producing fresh, high-quality popcorn and snack products. Because our items are food products, and made fresh to order, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect flavor selection
  • Change of mind
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Packages marked as delivered

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos of:

  • The product
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

If approved, we will issue either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A store credit, at our discretion

Allergy & Ingredient Notice

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient and allergen information before purchasing. No refunds will be issued due to allergen concerns unless the product delivered does not match what was order.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure:

  • Your shipping address is correct
  • You are able to receive packages at the delivery location
    We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address or inability to receive the shipment
